I asked for a couple of bids and after reviewing them, my client selected Motto Builders as the contractor, and I am so happy he did. The project consisted of completely remodeling an 866 square foot Condo, which included new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms.

As soon as I got the agreement signed from the owner Motto Builder got to work right away with the demo and every couple of days we would get updates with the progress of the remodel. I really appreciated that because it kept me and my client up to date with everything. Gustavo and his team worked quickly and efficienly throughout the project and made sure that everything was done the right way. They are not looking to do things the cheapest and fastet way, they want to provide the best quality of work out their and it shows in their finish work they did for us.
Carolina helped my client navigate through the design and colors for the property. She redesigned the kitchen to maxime the cabinet space and give the future owne more storage in a kitchen and also counter space as well as helped narrow down the colors for the doors, carpet, backsplash, flooring, lighting fixtures, and helped find 2 beautiful vanities for the bathroom. She took her time to find the right vanity size since the two bathrooms had a larger than usual vanity size that was not easy to find and they was able to find 2 of them. She went over and beyond to help us find not only the vanity but the right size mirror and help us find a beautiful chandlier.
I look forward in working with Motto Builder in my next project and I would highly recommend Motto Builder and their team for any remodel and design project you may have. They take the time to work with their customer and not take on too many project so they can be hands on and give each client the time and attention to be able to deliver great qualify work and in a timely manner. The Condominum came out Beautiful. It was listed right after completion and went into contract within 7 days. Thank you for really putting so much time and effort into this property and helping us with the remodel.
